Punch Industry USA Inc. highlights its custom, precision-ground punches, core pins, ejectors and other medical mold rounds.
As the medical and electronics industry makes plastic parts smaller and smaller, the company says its customers’ demand for small-diameter and micro pins has increased. To meet this demand, Punch Industry USA Inc.’s manufacturing facilities have acquired over 20 Rollomatic CNC machines that produce precision-ground pins in both steel and carbide materials with a precision-ground mirror finish of SP3-4 and achieving pin diameters of ø0.007 inches.
Additionally, the company displays custom core pins for medical applications such as pipette, syringe, test tubes and food and beverage components, such as those for caps and closures. Other components available include ejectors pins, blades, sleeves, bushings, punches, button dies and mold and die guiding elements.
